Following are brief biographies of our team:
President
Peter DellaGrotte
Peter J. DellaGrotte provides objective, independent and customized qualified retirement plan solutions to plan sponsors by working closely with top rated record-keepers, third party administrators, investment companies and money managers to ensure a successful plan design and implementation. Whether it is a “bundled” or “unbundled” retirement plan solution, he strives to provide the plan sponsors and participants with a cost sensitive and tailored retirement plan with unparalleled service and counsel.
Peter has been in the financial services industry for nearly thirty years. Prior to founding WMA in 2002, Mr. DellaGrotte worked for ten years as senior financial advisor with New England Capital Financial Advisors, LLC where he focused his practice on serving the needs of professional service firms, senior executives of Fortune 25 companies, and plan sponsors of qualified retirement plans. Peter’s career began in 1984 where he worked for the CPA firm of Tonneson and Company where he rose to become a senior tax accountant.
Mr. DellaGrotte is a graduate of Assumption College with a BA degree in accounting. Peter has served on the board/committee of several civic organizations and fundraises for several charities. He lives in Middletown, CT with his sons Maxwell and Nicholas and is very active in his community.

Glenn Hottin
Glenn A. Hottin, CFP, AIF, RFC, is a 1982 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He entered the financial planning industry in 1992 with American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. After spending several years as a Personal Financial Planner and District Manager, he decided to establish an independent financial advisory firm with the purpose of providing a higher level of objectivity to his clients. In 1997 he established M & H Advisors, LLC as an independent investment advisory firm which he operated as Managing Principal until joining Wealth Management Advisers, LLC in 2013. During that time Glenn built his practice with a focus on individual wealth management as well as an expertise on qualified retirement plans.
Glenn earned the Certified Financial Planner licensee designation in 1997 and the AIF designation in 2012. He was included in the 1999 International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs and the 2000 Marquis Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He holds current advisory licenses as well as licenses for life, health, disability and long-term care insurances in Connecticut. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Glenn is well versed in the subject of fiduciary responsibility and is able to assist business owners and sponsors of qualified retirement plans in evaluating their programs relative to industry and Department of Labor standards.
Glenn has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the New Haven Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and held the position of Chapter President in 2009 and 2010. Glenn has served his community though his involvement with such organizations as Connecticut Special Olympics and The Branford Community Youth Mentoring Program.
He currently lives in Oxford, CT with his wife Sherri.
